Real clients, real transformations. A look at the color, cuts, and beauty work coming out of our Montrose studio.
Every photo below is real work from our Montrose studio, shot on the day the client left the chair. Click any image to view it full size.

What you are looking at is a working portfolio, not a stock library. These are Chameleon clients, photographed in our Montrose salon.
Most of the work in this gallery started as a color consultation. Our colorists look at your natural base, your hair's history, and how much upkeep you actually want before a single bowl is mixed. That is why the blondes here read warm and lived-in rather than flat, and why the brunettes keep dimension instead of going solid. Some of these clients sat for a single session. Others came back across two or three appointments, because lifting safely out of box color or years of dark dye is a staged process, and we would rather take the extra visit than compromise the hair. See what goes into it on our hair coloring and balayage and ombré pages.
The cuts shown here were shaped around each client's texture, density, and daily routine. A shag that falls beautifully on fine hair needs different internal layering than the same shape on thick, coarse hair, and a cut that only looks right when a stylist blows it out is not a cut that works. Every appointment finishes with a style and a walk-through of how to get there yourself with the tools you already own. Details are on the haircuts and styling page.
Several photos feature hair extensions, color-matched and cut in so they move with the client's own hair rather than sitting on top of it. Others are bridal and event styling, built to survive a full day of photos, hugging, and dancing. If you are looking at an updo here and wondering whether it will hold through a reception, that is exactly what it was designed to do.
Healthy-looking results in photographs usually start well before the styling. Bond repair, keratin smoothing, and deep conditioning do the quiet work behind the shine you see here, and for clients dealing with thinning or shedding, our on-site trichologist begins with digital scalp analysis rather than guesswork. Read more about hair treatments and trichology and hair restoration.
Screenshots are genuinely useful to us, so save the ones you like. What helps most is bringing two or three rather than one, because the overlap between them tells us what you are actually drawn to. Often it is not the color at all but the way the ends are cut, or the amount of brightness around the face. Lighting also flatters: a photo shot outdoors in afternoon sun will read warmer and brighter than the same hair indoors, so we will talk through what is achievable under normal light on your hair specifically.
The same formula on two different heads gives two different results, and that is not a caveat, it is just how hair works. Your starting level, previous color, porosity, density, and texture all shape where you land. A client with virgin dark hair and one with three years of box color can bring in the same inspiration photo and need completely different plans to get near it. We tell you which one you are at the consultation rather than partway through the appointment.
